蛤蜊適量

 

薑絲、鹽、水少許

 

作法

 

1.蛤蜊洗乾淨。絲瓜切片,鋪在鍋底。

2.堆上蛤蜊與薑絲,倒一些水並調味,外鍋加水1杯,按下電鍋開關煮熟即可。

ginger, salt, water, a little

 

Directions:

 

1.    Wash clams. Slice loofah, spread on evenly the bottom of the pot.

 

2.    Heap clams with ginger, pour some water and season, pour 1 cup of water into the outer pot, press the power switch to cook.
