絲瓜煎餅(loofah pancake)

    絲瓜,1/2條(切成半圓形片狀)
 
    蛋,2顆
 
    蝦米,1大匙
 
    蒜末,1小匙
 
    中筋麵粉,110g
 

調味
 
    鹽,適量
 
    胡椒粉,適量
 
作法
 
    1.蝦米、蒜末爆香。 


 
    2.放入絲瓜,鹽、胡椒粉調味。 


 
    3.加入3大匙的水,讓絲瓜燜熟。 


 
    4.放入盆中,倒入麵粉及蛋,攪拌均均。 
 

    5.中火煎熟,即可起鍋。

Ingredients:
 
    loofah, 1/2
 
    egg, 2
 
    dried shrimp, 1 tbsp
 
    minced garlic, 1 tsp
 
    all-purpose flour, 110g
 
Seasonings:
 
    salt, proper amount
 
    pepper, proper amount
 
Directions:
 
    1. Saute dried shrimp, minced garlic.
 
    2. Add loofah and season with salt and pepper.
 
    3. Add 3 tbsps of water and let cook loofah.
 
    4. Put cooked loofah into the pot, pour flour and eggs, stir evenly.
 
    5. Use medium flame to fry, then turn off the stove.
