辣椒少許

 

作法

 

1.皮蛋水煮或蒸過把蛋黃煮熟,去殼,皮蛋切丁備用。四季豆去頭尾及兩旁粗纖維,切丁。紅蘿蔔

   切丁、蒜頭切末、辣椒切丁。

2.爆香蒜頭、辣椒,放紅蘿蔔、四季豆加調味料(…),炒熟。(皮蛋有鹹了,所以不要加太多鹽,

   可以加適量的水)

3.放入皮蛋丁,拌炒均勻即可。

Ingredients:

 

preserved egg, 2

 

string bean, proper amount

 

garlic, 3

 

carrot, a little

 

pepper, a little

 

Directions:

 

1.    Boiled or steamed preserved eggs, make egg yolks be cooked, peeled, diced standby. Cut string beans' head, tail, remove both sides of crude fiber, diced. Carrots, garlic, peppers are all diced.

 

2.    Stir-fried garlic & peppers with oil, then add carrots, string beans, salt and other seasonings, fried cooked.(Since preserved eggs are salty, don't add much salt, add the proper amount of water.)

 

3.    Add diced preserved eggs, stir-fried evenly.
