   絲瓜,1條
 
   蛋,1個
 
   枸杞,適量
 
   薑絲,適量
 
   麻油,1大匙
 
   水,4大匙
 
   鹽,少許


作法
 
   1.炒鍋放入1大匙麻油稍稍加熱後,放入薑絲爆香。 

   2.下絲瓜與4大匙水,絲瓜煮軟。 

 
   3.下枸杞,蛋打散後加入鍋內。 

 
  4.調味起鍋。

   loofah, 1

   lycii fructus, proper amount
 
   ginger, proper amount
 
   sesame oil, 1 tbsp
 
   water, 4 tbsps
 
   salt, a little

 
Directions:

   1. Heat the wok pan slightly with 1 tbsp of sesame oil, add shredded ginger
       saute. 

   2. Add the chopped loofah and 4 tbsps of water, soften loofah.

   3. Add the lycii fructus and beaten egg.

   4. Season , turn off the stove.
