作法

 

1.將蛋打散;起油鍋至高溫,將打好的蛋液透過撈網滴入油鍋,將蛋液炸至金黃略焦,撈起備用。

2.蒜切片,油鍋爆香蒜末。

 

3.放入絲瓜、拌炒,煮至絲瓜出水熟軟,加鹽調味。

4.把剛炸好的蛋酥放入煮一下即可。

Ingredients:

 

1 loofah

 

2 eggs

 

a little of minced garlic

 

adequate salt

 

Directions:

 

1. Beat eggs into egg mixture, heat the wok pan to a high temperature. Let egg mixture drip into the pan through the fishing net, deep-fried until it has been golden and burned slightly, pick up standby.

 

2. Slice garlic, stir-fried minced garlic with oil.

 

3. Add loofah, stir and cook until cooked soft loofah water, seasoning with salt.

 

4. Putting the deep-fried eggs, just heat.
