【電鍋料理】冬瓜薏仁瘦肉湯(white gourd, job's-tears & lean pork soup)

食材

      冬瓜1片

      瘦豬肉300g

      薏仁100g

      康寶鮮味炒手1.5茶匙

作法

      1. 洗淨薏仁,泡水4小時備用。洗淨冬瓜、切塊。瘦豬肉切塊。

      2.冬瓜、瘦豬肉、薏仁放進電鍋,內鍋加入水2000ml和康寶鮮味炒手調味,外鍋加水

           400ml,煮熟即可。

      冬瓜和薏仁都有利尿、消水腫的作用,需要注意的是:這兩項食材都屬於微寒的食物,

      體質偏寒或有宿疾的人最好依照醫師指示食用,以免造成反效果,讓自己身體受罪唷!

Ingredients:

        white gourd, 1 piece

        lean pork, 300 g

        job's-tears, 100 g

        Knorr All Propose Seasoning(KAPS), 1.5 tsp

Directions:

        1. Wash job's-tears, soaked 4 hours standby. Wash white gourd and cut into pieces.

             Cut lean pork into pieces.

        2. Put white gourd, lean pork, job's-tears into the rice cooker, pour 2000 ml of water

            and KAPS into the inner pot, pour 400 ml of water into the outer pot, just cook.
