雪花糕(snow cake)

食材

        材料

                     寒天粉(洋菜粉)5g、水100cc

                     鮮奶500cc

                     細砂糖3大匙

                     玉米粉80g

         沾料

                     黑芝麻粉或椰子粉酌量

 作法

              1.寒天粉與水煮至溶解。

        2.其餘材料加入並拌勻,小火加熱(邊加熱邊攪拌)

              略有黏稠即可熄火。

        3.準備適合容器,鋪上耐熱袋。將完成的麵糊倒入

              並抹平、放涼,送冷藏2~3小時。

              4.冷藏定型的雪花糕取出、切塊,沾上黑芝麻粉或

             椰子粉即可。

 Ingredients:

           Materials

                             agar powder 5g, water 100cc

                             milk 500cc

                             3 tablespoons of castor sugar

                             corn starch 80g

            Dressing materials

                              black sesame powder or shredded coconut

                              discretionary

 Directions:

            1. Agar powder and water be boiled until dissolved.

                 2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well, low heat

                    (stirring while heating) can turn off slightly sticky.

                 3. Prepare suitable container, covered with heat-

                    resistant bag. Pour the finished batter and

                    smooth, let cool, sent refrigerated 2 to 3 hours.

                 4. Remove snow cake refrigerated stereotypes, cut

                    and dress with black sesame powder or

                    shredded coconut, that’s ending.
